01  Directions & Parking

Parking is available and free for attendees. The parking staff will instruct you on the spot.

Attendee registration start (2 days); opening of the expo zone

03  Venue access

Prepare your e-ticket. You can find it in your email by the subject: Ticket_#1 Affiliate Marketing Conference 2024
Every attendee must scan his e-ticket each time while entry and exit. If the ticket is not scanned at the exit, the attendee сannot re-enter the venue.
All attendees must pick up the attendee's badge at the registration desk during the day. You don’t need to stay in lines in the beginning of the first day.
The VIP ticket holder must scan his e-ticket to access the Forum’s Afterparty. Badge is recommended, but not required.

04  Dining/Food courts

Standard ticket

Attendees can purchase food and beverages at the outside foodcourt (working hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Сoffee points are also available at the expo zone.

BUSINESS ticket

Attendees are provided with vouchers for lunch at outside foodcourts. This lunch includes poke bowl, dessert and a cold drink

VIP ticket

Coffee-breaks, lunch and beverages will be served at VIP Lounge

05  Luggage storage

Visiting us straight from the airport? You can leave your belongings at our free luggage station. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for the loss of your personal items

06  Networking app

Each attendee has access to the Official App. The access letter is sent to the email provided while buying an e-ticket.

07  Dresscode

Casual / smart casual / business. 
Please respect the cultural norms of the and avoid revealing clothes.

Participants of our conference receive full support in obtaining a visa, helping them to become a valuable participant and prospective investor in our event. We provide the necessary documents and invitations, assist in the application process, and provide all the information needed for a successful visa application.
